DUSSELDORF, GERMANY-Immofinanz Group has bought out partner's 50% interest in a proposed office development project called the Panta Rhei in Dusseldorf. Frankonia Group was the partner of the project. Financial terms of the deal were not revealed. The Panta Rhei will feature a prime office complex with roughly 103,333 square feet of leasable space. Construction on the project is slated to commence in summer 2012.
