MILWAUKEE-Brookfield-based Shorewest Realtors Inc. has acquired its office building on North Water Street in downtown Milwaukee. The company paid $682,000 for its downtown office.
Shorewest leased the building at 1610 N. Water St. six years ago from Batemor Productions Inc., a photography company. It gutted and renovated the property, a former photography studio and garage, to house its office. The company, which has been planning to own the property rather than leasing it, purchased the building from Batemor Productions.
