KENOSHA, WI-Newport Beach, California-based Venture Point Real Estate has purchased a Kenosha Walgreens from a subsidiary of The Redmond Co. of Waukesha for $6.4 million. This is the second Walgreens sale this year for the Waukesha company.
The Walgreens has leased 13,170 square feet of space in the Kenosha building at 7525 Sheridan Road and its lease expires in 2084. The store was developed in 2009 by The Redmond Co.
