ESCONDIDO, CA-ACRE Investment Real Estate Services has closed the sale of a multifamily property in Escondido for $2.6 million. Glenarron LLC has sold Hidden Springs Apartments, a 25-unit apartment complex at 711 W. Lincoln Ave., to Arcadia Pines Properties LLC for $104,000 per unit.
