SAN DIEGO-Model homes are under construction at Sorrento Terrace, a new neighborhood of 71 condominiums above Sorrento Valley. Sorrento Terrace, which is scheduled to be opened this summer for sale, will contain seven floors with one-, two- and three-bedroom homes measuring roughly 991 to 1,541 square feet.
