LOUISVILLE, KY-A Texas developer is planning to develop a five-story student housing project near the Belknap Campus of the University of Louisville. The Courier-Journal reported that the university is not associated with the project.
Innovative Student Housing Inc. is requesting to change the zoning from residential to commercial. The project, which will come up on a 4.7-acre parcel bounded by Crittenden Drive, Eastern Parkway, Warnock Street and Interstate 65, will also include a restaurant and retail space as well as an 833-space parking lot.
