NEW YORK CITY-Bright Horizons has inked a 20-year deal for its fifth Manhattan outpost. The child care provider has leased 17,300 square feet at 910 Ninth Ave. situated between West 58th and West 59th streets.
Bright Horizons will occupy 9,900 square feet on the ground floor and 7,400 square feet in the basement. Cassidy Turley brokers Michael Hoffman and Peter Occhi represented Bright Horizons, while Punia Co.'s Jeff Punia represented Professional Office Leasing Associates, the landlord, in the lease transaction.
