KENT, WA-Carlisle Interconnect Technologies is moving from a 60,000-square-foot space in Tukwila to a larger space in Kent. The Florida-based company has leased roughly 100,000 square feet in the Springbrook 188 Distribution Center located at 7811 S. 188th St. in Kent.
Irvine, California-based LBA Realty is the owner of the industrial facility. Tony Miltenberger and Patricia Loveall of Kidder Mathews represented Carlisle, while Tony Kusak of Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce represented LBA Realty in the lease deal.
