LONDON-Debenhams has agreed to pre-lease an additional office space measuring 29,500 square feet at British Land's Regent's Place. With the new lease, the company has agreed to take 174,500 square feet of office space at 10 Brock Street for 25 years.
In September 2011, Debenhams decided to move its headquarters to Regent's Place. The Brock Street building is part of a 500,000-square-foot project at the North East Quadrant of Regent's Place. The development is expected to be completed in 12 months' time. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
