PRESCOTT, AZ-Depot Marketplace, a 91,500-square-foot retail center in downtown Prescott, has changed hands for $11.2 million. Colorado Springs-based Depot Marketplace Owners LLC has sold the shopping center to Prescott-based Depot Marketplace Investors.
Current occupiers in the center include a Chipolte Mexican Grill, Starbucks, Staples and a Walgreens. Bob Young, Nancy Romanovsky, Rick Abraham, Glenn Smigiel and Steven Brabant from CBRE's Phoenix office as well as Arizona Commercial's Bebe Wright represented the seller in the deal.
