CHICAGO-The US unit of Toronto-based Manulife Financial Corp., John Hancock Real Estate, has acquired the 41-story office building at 150 N. Michigan Ave. in the East Loop for $102 million. Frankfurt, Germany-based SEB Asset Management AG was the seller of the 661,482-square-foot office tower.

SEB Asset Management bought the property overlooking Millennium Park in 1999 for $113.2 million. The name of the office tower was recently changed to Crain Communications Building. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
