RANCHO CORDOVA, CA-JPMorgan Chase Co. has sold Terra Vista Apartments, a 136-unit apartment complex at 10055 Terra Loma Drive in Rancho Cordova, for $5.032 million. The Chesser Group purchased the Rancho Cordova apartment complex for $37,000 per unit.
Terra Vista Apartments, constructed in 1979, was 88% occupied at closing. Rancho Cordova-based Hendricks & Partners represented the seller and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the buyer in the deal. The property was earlier sold in 2006 for $7.6 million.
