BETHESDA, MD-Citybizlist.com reported that the General Services Administration (GSA) has leased 99,583 square feet at The Atrium at Rock Spring Park. The lease runs for 12 years. The National Institutes of Health will occupy the leased space at 10401 Fernwood Road in Bethesda. GoldenTree Insite Partners and Meritage Properties are the owners of the property.
