LONDON-The Overseas Development Institute (ODI) has pre-leased an entire office building in Southwark, London. The company has pre-leased 203 Blackfriars Road from McKay Securities for 12 years.

McKay is currently renovating the 21,000-square-foot office building to a Grade-A standard. ODI will pay GBP 41 per square foot as rent. The renovation work is scheduled to be completed in July.
