BELLEVUE, WA-QBE Corporate Campus, a 46-acre office complex in Bellevue, has been put up for sale. Unigard Insurance developed the Overlake-area campus at Northeast 24th Street and 156th Avenue Northeast nearly 40 years ago.
In 2007, QBE Insurance Group acquired Unigard. QBE occupies portion of the nine-building complex and leases the rest. The 326,000-square-foot complex is nearly 39% vacant.
