HOUSTON-Stream Realty Partners LP will start a $2.7-million renovation project at a 119,545-square-foot office tower in River Oaks. The Houston-based company has scheduled to complete the renovations at The Bellevue at 2323 South Shepherd in September.
The office building is currently 93% leased. Stream Realty bought the Inner Loop building in October 2011 in a joint venture with New York-based DRA Advisors LLC.
