NEW YORK CITY-Brooklyn NY Holdings has leased 7,000 square feet and Stamped Inc. has leased 1,800 square feet of space at 126 Fifth Ave. situated on the edge of West 18th Street in Chelsea. Brooklyn NY Holdings will occupy the entire 9th-floor space for 10 years and Stamped will occupy the 10th-floor space on a short-term basis.
