SUNNYVALE, CA-The United States Postal Service is setting up a new home on East Java Drive in Sunnyvale. It has leased 34,440 square feet of space at 209 E. Java Drive from Hines Interests LTD Partnership.
The Sunnyvale Main Post Office, which currently housed at 580 N. Mary Ave., will open its new location on June 4. Jim Beeger of Colliers International represented Hines Interests LTD Partnership in the new lease transaction. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
