BEDFORD, MA-Boston Properties has reached a contract to sell a 22-acre office campus in Bedford for $38 million. Bedford Business Park comprises a three-story office building as well as a pair of two-story R&D facilities.
Boston Properties refused to reveal the identity of the buyer. The office park on Crosby Drive is situated 18 miles away from Boston. Doug Linde and Michael LaBelle of Boston Properties confirmed the sale in a conference call. The sale is scheduled to be closed in Q2 2012. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
