ATLANTA-Orlando, Florida-based CNL Lifestyle Properties Inc. has acquired four assisted living communities totaling 347 units in metro Atlanta for $80 million. The REIT has bought the senior housing properties from Solomon Holdings III Dogwood Four LLC affiliates.
The properties include Dogwood Forest of Alpharetta; Dogwood Forest of Gainesville; Dogwood Forest of Fayetteville; and Dogwood Forest of Eagles Landing.
