
NEW YORK CITY-Ellicott Development Co. has bought a vacant mall in Port Jervis at a foreclosure sale. The company has purchased Pike Street Plaza for $1.68 million from the Bank of Dominion.
The 80,000-square-foot plaza is situated near the New York-Pennsylvania line in Orange County. An out-of-state investment group, the former owners of the plaza, owed the bank over $4 million.
