SAVAGE, MD-A granite and marble importer in Howard County has inked a new industrial lease in Savage as part of an extension plan. Gramaco Granite and Marble LLC has signed the lease for 25,576 square feet of industrial space at 8730 Greenwood Place.
Brian Siegel from Transwestern represented the tenant, while Brian Watts, Mark Glagola and Tom Gentner, also from Transwestern, represented Atapco Properties Inc., the landlord, in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
