NEW YORK CITY-Ideeli will relocate its photographic unit from 148 Lafayette St. in Soho to Times Square South this fall. The online retailer has signed a lease for 23,500 square feet of space at 1385 Broadway.
Ideeli will occupy the entire third floor of 1385 Broadway, owned by a subsidiary of Bloomingdale Properties. Colliers International brokers Jason Lund and Leon Manoff represented the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield's Jonathan Serko, Diana Gaines, David Malawer and Gary Greenspan represented the building.
