NEW YORK CITY-JCPenney has signed a lease to take all of 200 Lafayette St. situated on the corner of Broome Street in New York. The company has leased the 130,000-square-foot building for 15 years.
Asking rent for the deal was about $68 per square foot. In January, CIM Group and Jared Kushner bought the SoHo building from John Zaccaro for $50 million. The partners are doling out $30 million to upgrade the seven-story building. For the full story, go to New York Post .
