SAFETY HARBOR, FL-Dallas-based MedProperties Holdings LLC has partnered with Palm Beach-based AW Property Co. to acquire a six-building portfolio totaling 238,071 square feet in southwest Florida. The partners have acquired the four-project portfolio from Healthcare Realty Trust.
The medical office properties comprise Countryside Medical Arts in Safety Harbor. Other properties include St. Andrews Medical Park in Venice; the Southwest Plaza in Fort Myers; and Bonita Bay Medical Centre in Bonita Springs. The acquisition price was not revealed.
