AUSTIN, TX-Oxford Commercial has closed two leases in the Austin real estate market. Elliot Real Estate LP inked a 67,147-square-foot lease at Delta Drive located at 10605 Delta Drive. In the deal, Oxford Commercial brokered for the tenant, while Stream Realty Partners brokered for the landlord. In the second deal, Oxford Commercial negotiated a 38,000-square-foot lease renewal at BridgePoint Square for New York Life Insurance Co.
