ROSEMONT, IL-Reyes Holdings LLC is expanding its headquarters in Rosemont. The company has added nearly 38,000 square feet at One O'Hare Centre, a 380,360-square-foot tower at 6250 N. River Road.
Reyes earlier leased approximately 87,000 square feet at the building. GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH, which paid $72.6 million in 2006 for the 12-story building, has put the N. River Road property for sale. Steve Steinmeyer of Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Reyes. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
