WATERTOWN, MA-Three new lease deals totaling 40,678 square feet have been signed at Riverworks in Watertown. The Alzheimer's Association Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter will take 18,737 square feet for its regional headquarters; Sabre Hospitality Solutions will occupy 11,538 square feet for its new home; and Education Resource Strategies has leased a 10,403-square-foot suite at Riverworks in Watertown.
