LONDON-Vertex at Chineham Court, an office property in Basingstoke, has changed hands for GBP 6.15 million. A Cordea Savills client has sold the 48,000-square-foot office building to Hampshire County Council.
Vertex at Chineham Court has 35,000 square feet available for lease and the remaining space is already leased to Kelway UK. Hollis Hockley and Savills jointly represented the Cordea Savills client, while HCC Property Services negotiated the deal on behalf of Hampshire County Council.
