DALLAS-Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, an insurance company based in Little Rock, Arkansas, has signed a lease for 12,000 square feet of space at Mockingbird Towers situated at 1341 W. Mockingbird Lane in Dallas for its new training center. The office building is owned by Spire Realty Group LP.
