BERLIN-Real estate asset manager aik has acquired a residential portfolio in the municipality of Teltow in Berlin for approximately EUR 34 million. The company purchased the asset, which includes a development site with single-family homes and apartment houses, from a Bouwfonds REIM company for its real estate special funds.

The properties contain a total living space of roughly 172,868 square feet and 144 units are divided into various types such as semi-detached, duplexes, row houses and apartment houses. Kolb Investment Management brokered the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
