DUSSELDORF, GERMANY-PAMERA Asset Management GmbH has leased nearly 63,507 square feet in Dieterich Karree, a mixed-use property comprising 114,097 square feet of retail space in Dusseldorf-Pempelfort, to three tenants. EDEKA has leased about 41,979 square feet; Aldi Sud has taken roughly 19,375 square feet; and the Stadtsparkasse Dusseldorf has leased nearly 2,368 square feet in Dieterich Karree.
