BALTIMORE-The Baltimore County Planning Board approved a zoning change request for the former Solo Cup site in Owings Mills. Developer Greenberg Gibbons received the approval to redevelop the property into an office and retail hub known as Foundry Row.
A Wegmans grocery store, a sporting goods store and a fitness chain will be the anchor tenants at the 385,000-square-foot project, which will also include a 40,000-square-foot office space, restaurants and more retail stores. The redevelopment cost of the 52-acre property will reach $140 million. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun .
