NOTTINGHAM, UK-Land Securities has reached contracts to buy The Cornerhouse in the City of Nottingham in an off-market deal. The company is buying the 225,000-square-foot property from BP Pension Fund for GBP 50 million.

The Cornerhouse is anchored by a Cineworld. Besides the 14-screen multiplex, the leisure scheme also includes 2 bars, 11 restaurants, a casino and a nightclub.
