SEATTLE-The new owner of Smith Tower, a 42-story office building in Seattle, is filling up the largely vacant property with new tenants. CBRE Capital Markets, which paid $36.79 million for the Pioneer Square building at 506 2nd Ave., has leased over 25,000 square feet to the new tenants such as Aukema & Associates, Rialto Communications, Portent Inc. and Push Design.
The 250,000-square-foot office building was previously owned by Chicago-based Walton Street Capital. CBRE is the leasing agent for the building. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
