MILWAUKEE-Des Plaines, Illinois-based Pathway Senior Living is planning to construct a 104-unit senior living complex in Shorewood. The project, which will include 56 assisted living units as well as 48 units with memory care services in two buildings, will come up on a 3.07-acre riverside site that Wangard Partners Inc. purchased from Sunrise Senior Living Inc. in early April for $1.5 million.
