PHILADELPHIA-Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust is selling five malls to pay down its debt. The firm has put the five retail properties on the market for sale.

The properties include the 1.16-million-square-foot Beaver Valley Mall in Monaca; the 454,423-square-foot Chambersburg Mall in Chambersburg; the 355,763-square-foot North Hanover mall in Hanover; the 1.1-million-square-foot Orlando Fashion Square in Florida; and the 577,138-square-foot Phillipsburg Mall in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
