BERLIN-Hamburg-based Union Investment Real Estate GmbH has acquired an office/commercial building in central Berlin. The investment management company has bought Neue Promenade 6, a 33,798-square-foot property in downtown Berlin, from a private real estate investor for the DIFA-Fonds Nr. 3 special fund.
Neue Promenade 6 comprises 23,346 square feet of offices and 5,629 square feet of retail and catering space. Immologie GmbH advised Union Investment and HauckSchuchardt advised the vendor in the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
