HAMBURG, GERMANY-Union Investment has leased roughly 64,583 square feet in Emporio to White & Case LLP, a major international law firm. The legal firm will occupy floors 11 through 14 of the tower in mid 2013. With this lease, the building is now nearly 70% leased. Grossmann & Berger, a real estate service provider, negotiated the deal.
