PEWAUKEE, WI-Kenrich Industrial Inc. and Woodway USA Inc., an international treadmill manufacturer based in Pewaukee, are planning to construct a plant from 50,000 to 70,000 square feet in Pewaukee to house the companies' headquarters as well as to accommodate their future growth. The project, which is till in the preparatory stages, will come up on the northwest corner of Busse and Blue Mound.
