SAN LEANDRO, CA-Four years ago, the City Council approved plans for the San Leandro Crossings project beside the downtown BART station, but the project was shelved in 2010 when the housing market collapsed. Now the project is coming back.
The new plan calls for a 200-unit rental complex by Bridge Housing. The project will also include a 260,000-square-foot technology campus for San Leandro-based OSIsoft. The project is estimated to cost approximately $60 million and $130 million will be spent on the site. For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune .
