RICHARDSON, TX-Alamo Drafthouse has leased a retail space measuring 30,000 square feet in the Richardson Heights Shopping Center in Richardson for 15 years. The Austin-based company has taken the retail space from Hartman Short Term Properties XX Inc.
The shopping center is situated near the junction of Belt Line Road and Interstate 75. Henry S. Miller Brokerage's Jerry Averyt represented the tenant, while SRS Real Estate Partners' Tyler Isbell and Frank Bullock represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
