CARDIFF, UK-Rockspring Property Investment Managers and Simons Development have started construction on the Phase I of Bargoed Retail Plateau, a 77,000-square-foot retail project in South Wales. The GBP 25-million project is a joint venture with The Welsh Government and Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Morrisons has pre-leased 57,000 square feet at the development for 25 years and Caerphilly County Borough Council has pre-leased seven retail units for 25 years. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2013. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
