COLUMBUS, OH-A developer based in suburban Cincinnati will open its maiden hotel in Columbus this year. West Chester-based Crestpoint Cos. started construction last month on Holiday Inn Express & Suites, a 100-room hotel at 4899 Sunbury Road in the Easton area.
Since early 2009, Crestpoint and Owensboro, Kentucky-based LinGate Hospitality had the property under contract, and their Sunbury Easton LP took the property in May 2010.
