LOUISVILLE, KY-Innovative Student Housing is brining a new student housing project in Louisville. The real estate company has formed a joint venture with a local investment group to develop an 830-bed student apartment complex near the University of Louisville.
Cardinal Student Housing and Development LLC, the joint venture, recently applied for a re-zoning of the Louisville site. The new five-story building, overlooking the adjacent college campus, will be developed by Cardinal. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
