MIAMI BEACH-Delphine Dray has obtained a $26.5-million loan to refinance the mortgage on National Hotel, a 151-room property at 1677 Collins Ave. in South Beach. In February, the loan manager for the hotel's $28.9 million CMBS loan placed the property into special servicing.
The Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team of David Larson, David Preston and Robi Dash helped the owner obtain the 10-year mortgage for National Hotel. UBS Real Estate Securities was the lender. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
