ROCKVILLE, MD-Corporate Office Properties Trust, an office real estate investment trust based in Columbia, Maryland, has sold Rockville Corporate Center, a two-building, 215,280-square-foot complex at 15 and 45 W. Guide Road, for $54.2 million. Frederick's Matan Cos. paid approximately $252 per square foot for the two office buildings.
