KILLEEN, TX-Three multifamily properties totaling 625 units in Killeen have reached sales block with a price tag of $13 million. The three properties, named Killeen Portfolio, include Caesar's Palace at 600 W. Hallmark Ave.; Century Plaza at 3300 Rancier Ave.; and Commander's Palace at 702 Santa Rosa Drive.
