NEW YORK CITY-CVS has grabbed a new location at the corner of 10th Avenue and 23rd Street. The 10,000-square-foot store is situated at the base of the Equity Residential-owned building at 500 W. 23rd St.
The asking rent for the lease was $200 per square foot. Trever Gallina, Ross Kaplan and Jason Pruger from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank brought CVS to the site. Paul Berkman and Craig Slosberg, who have joined Jones Lang LaSalle from NGKF, represented Equity Residential in the lease negotiation. For the full story, go to New York Post .
