EDINBURGH, UK-Debenhams is expanding its presence in Edinburgh with a new lease deal. The retailer has agreed to pre-lease 60,000 square feet at Fort Kinnaird in Edinburgh from the Gibraltar Limited Partnership.
The new store will complement Debenhams' two existing stores in Edinburgh. Various tenants, including Smyths Toys, Mamas & Papas and Pets at Home, recently signed leases at Fort Kinnaird.
